"When I started my own architectural practice I missed the casual and collaborative conversations from larger offices, where we had the space and resources to talk about big, abstract concepts that led to big, profound movements. Quarterly was created to build authentic relationships with other small business owners in a weekly routine- discussing challenges, brainstorming projects, and celebrating our wins came naturally.
I believe that great conversations lead to great ideas, and many of my elevating moments come from actively engaging in dialogues and not only observing wise people speak. Combining collective intelligence with authentic connections created collaboration on honest feedback and a sense of psychological safety, enabling all of us to share bold ideas and tackle complex challenges."
